The superior double room I booked was comfy and had useful amenities like an electric kettle and a personal safe. the central heating in the room was a nice touch for keeping warm during the stay. the hotel's location was convenient, situated not far from a nice restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised by Café Costa Coffee which was located only 1 km away from the hotel.

we enjoyed this hotel, it was clean with a peaceful and very pleasant and wonderfully friendly staff. the services were impeccable. location: the property was just next door to the centre and the main road, and the restaurant. café eat was 400 metres away from the place.

Overall it was clean and outstanding, with a private bathroom.

The room was clean with an exceptionally comfortable bed. the bathroom had a hair dryer and fresh towels. the atmosphere created was very family-friendly. the location was quiet and magnificent, close to restaurants, Megeve, and the town center.

You got your tea and coffee stuff, TV with lots of channels, and a desk in the family room. Plus, they’ve got a bunch of yummy breakfast treats ready for you bright and early ☕📺📝.

Spent my New Year at this hotel and was pleased with the location, it was only a few minutes away from the ski lift and also had beautiful views of the mountains. The staff was kind and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast selection was great, offering a variety of delicious options. The room was cozy and the bed was comfortable for a good night’s sleep.

The slow service during meal times but it is understandable considering it was New Year’s Eve and the restaurant was lively. The restaurant could have provided more local dishes, but the international options were still nice.

Our Easter holiday was a delightful one, as we found an elegant hotel in a peaceful and charming setting. The breakfast was exquisitely prepared, with a variety of healthy options and appetizing local products. Additionally, we enjoyed the private parking facilities, and the relaxing swimming pool was a great way to unwind after a day of activities. Also, the hotel was ideally situated within walking distance to numerous shops and restaurants.

Not all aspects of our stay were perfect. Although the staff was friendly, we had difficulty communicating with them due to the limited English skills. Furthermore, the sauna was not hot enough, and the pool temperature was too cold for our liking. Finally, we were disappointed that the breakfast was quite expensive for the limited options and had to pay an extra charge for our child's meal.
